Walking Time
3-5 minutes
Tram Time
~3 minutes
Connected?
Yes (walkway + free tram)
Park MGM and Aria are directly connected—no outdoor walking required. You have two options: an indoor walkway that takes a few minutes on foot, or the free Aria Express tram. Either way, this is one of the easiest casino-to-casino connections on the Strip.
Option 1: Indoor Walkway (Fastest)
The simplest way to get between Park MGM and Aria is the indoor walkway connecting the two properties. It's fully enclosed, air-conditioned, and takes just a few minutes to walk.
How to find it:
- From the Park MGM casino floor, head toward the Aria side of the building (the north end, away from the Strip entrance).
- Follow signs for Aria or the walkway connecting the two properties.
- The walkway brings you out near the poker room area inside Aria.
- From there, navigate to your destination within Aria.
Total time: 3-5 minutes door to door. This is the fastest option and works any time of day.
Option 2: Aria Express Tram (Free)
The Aria Express is a free automated tram that connects three stops along the west side of the Strip:
- Park MGM — the southern terminus
- Crystals — the luxury shopping center between Aria and the Cosmopolitan
- Bellagio/Vdara — the northern terminus
To get from Park MGM to Aria, ride the tram one stop to Crystals. The Crystals station lets you out right next to Aria's entrance.
Aria Express Details
- Cost: Free
- Hours: 8am–2am daily
- Frequency: Under 3 minutes between trams
- Ride time: ~2.5 minutes one way (Park MGM to Crystals is just one stop)
The tram is especially useful if you're continuing past Aria to Bellagio—just stay on for the next stop instead of getting off at Crystals.
Continuing to Bellagio
If your final destination is Bellagio rather than Aria, stay on the Aria Express tram past the Crystals stop. The next and final stop is Bellagio/Vdara, which drops you off near the Bellagio spa entrance. The full ride from Park MGM to Bellagio takes about 5 minutes.
This is much faster than walking the Strip between these two properties, and you avoid the heat entirely.
Tips
- Don't confuse the Aria Express with the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail is a paid transit system that runs up the east side of the Strip. Its closest station is at MGM Grand—a different property than Park MGM (though they're adjacent). The Aria Express tram is free and runs on the west side.
- The tram station at Park MGM is on the Aria side of the building. If you entered Park MGM from the Strip, you'll need to walk through the casino toward the back/north side to find the tram platform.
- After 2am, use the walkway. The tram stops running at 2am, but the indoor walkway between Park MGM and Aria is available 24/7.
- MGM Grand is next door. Park MGM and MGM Grand are adjacent properties. If you need to get from MGM Grand to Aria, walk through MGM Grand into Park MGM first, then use the walkway or tram from there.
